At The Style Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

3. Process for Return/Exchange

• To initiate a return or exchange, email us at studiothestyle587@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Once approved, we will share the return address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement (subject to availability).

• If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.

6. Damaged/Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images as proof. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
